Course description

Join us for the StratDo® Level III – Senior Leaders workshop, delivered over two focused days. You will learn the full StratDo® decision-making framework—including DECIDER, DEFINE, DECIDE, DIRECT, and REFLECT—and apply it through progressively complex scenarios and case studies within a structured, hands-on setting. By the end of Day 2, participants will be empowered to lead strategic decisions with clarity, accountability, and based on sound process.

The workshop will occur at Murdoch University from 27 – 28 August 2025. This program will introduce you to the StratDo® decision-making approach and tools; a holistic, transferable, scalable, and congruent framework and tools applicable to any industry or business. This flexible and intuitive framework will equip you with the tools to navigate organisational complexity and make strategic decisions quickly.

Our hands-on approach to learning ensures that you can confidently apply your knowledge to real-world challenges. You will also learn to use the framework and tools to communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
