Before joining Rekon Group, Lucio served as a Strategy Advisor to the Board and Managing Director and CEO of SGH Energy. His leadership at SGH Energy was preceded by his notable tenure at Woodside Petroleum Ltd., where he held high-impact roles such as Executive Vice President of the Australia Business from 2011 to 2012 and Executive Vice President of Pluto from 2008 to 2011. Throughout his career at Woodside, Lucio held critical positions, including General Manager of Gas Business Development, General Manager of LNG Marketing, and Vice President of ALNG, the marketing arm of the North West Shelf Venture. These roles underscored his expertise in refining technology, international oil trading, gas business development, LNG marketing, and LNG supply planning.
As a former CEO, Lucio has received and provided formal and informal coaching for over 30 years. He has ongoing responsibilities in coaching very senior executives, including CEOs of energy companies. His coaching is particularly suited for CEOs, Managing Directors, Senior Executives, and Director Generals, as well as high-performing executives seeking practical advice, tools, and knowledge to build high-performing teams.
