Francoise is a Senior Consultant at Rekon Group Pty Ltd, where she excels in building high-performance teams through leadership training and developing strategic planning and practical execution tools. Since joining Rekon Group in January 2017, she has played a pivotal role in enhancing organisational capabilities and driving strategic growth. Her approach is simple, practical, and relevant, focusing on equipping individuals with the knowledge, tools, skills, and confidence to succeed. Francoise specialises in installing leadership development programs, enhancing individual and collective planning capabilities, and facilitating strategy development sessions.
In addition to her role at Rekon Group, Francoise is an Adjunct Faculty member and career consultant at AGSM @ UNSW Business School in Sydney, Australia. Since September 2011, she has contributed to the MBA programs and Executive Education, leveraging her extensive knowledge of leadership, strategy, and organisational behaviour to prepare students and executives for leadership roles.
Francoise is also the Owner and Director of Francoise Michel Executive, a consultancy she founded in 2007. Through her consultancy, she provides leadership advisory services, executive coaching, and facilitation, helping leaders and organisations achieve their strategic goals through tailored coaching and development programs.
Before joining Rekon Group and her academic career, Francoise was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company in London from 2000 to 2005. At Bain, she worked on various high-impact projects that contributed to the growth and efficiency of client organisations. Her career began as an Associate Solicitor at Baker & McKenzie in Sydney from 1996 to 1998, where she gained valuable legal experience.
Beyond her professional roles, Francoise is deeply committed to the development and engagement of the alum community. She has been a member of the London Business School Alumni Council since 2015 and is president of the Sydney Alumni Club of London Business School.
Francoise holds postgraduate qualifications in psychology and business, which, combined with her extensive professional experience, provide her with a comprehensive understanding of leadership and organisational dynamics.
