Lesley Adams is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with over thirty years of experience in the global resources industry, specialising in Health and Safety, Human Resources, Joint Venture Management, Sustainability Development, Corporate Affairs, Indigenous Relations, and Strategic Planning. Her extensive background spans both the Oil and Gas and Mining sectors, where she has been instrumental in driving business outcomes and enhancing operational efficiency.
As a current Non-Executive Director with an ASX100 company, Lesley provides strategic oversight and governance, leveraging her deep understanding of industry dynamics. Previously, she held executive roles at Beach Energy as Group Executive HR and Continuous Improvement and at Quadrant Energy as Group Executive Corporate Services, where she championed transformative initiatives aligned with corporate goals. She was also the General Manager HR, GLNG for Santos, and Manager Strategic Planning with Woodside Energy. With her diverse experience, she adeptly navigates and contributes to all aspects of the value chain.
Lesley’s career includes significant contributions to major projects such as Pluto LNG and Gladstone LNG, where her leadership helped navigate complex challenges and achieve critical milestones. She has cultivated a wealth of international experience through her work in Europe, The Americas, the Middle East, and Asia, enabling her to bring a global perspective to local issues.
