AI has changed how quickly analysis can be produced. It has not changed who is accountable for the decision. This two day course shows leaders where AI accelerates strategic work, and where it quietly introduces risk.
You practise prompting for business analysis, checking outputs for hallucination and bias, and integrating AI into the StratDo® decision method rather than bolting it on. A purpose built strategic call is worked end to end with AI in the loop, and you leave with a working prompt library, a set of quality checks and an adoption roadmap for your team.
Two hands-on days. Every technique is practised live on purpose built case material, with the spiral approach revisiting each skill at increasing difficulty. The final session converts the method into an adoption roadmap you can run with your own team.

No. If you can write an email, you can run every exercise. The course is about judgement, not code.
Can I send my team?
Yes. Bring three or more and every seat is discounted 10 percent.
