What clients ask before they engage us
How is Rekon different from traditional consulting firms?
We do not hand over a report and leave. Your leaders make the decisions in the room, we help deliver them, and your team keeps the method. Senior people do the work; you will not be handed to a graduate team.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most start with a 30-minute call, then a leadership workshop: DEFINE, DECIDE and DIRECT. We send a written proposal within a week of the call. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 weeks. If you want a view first, the 8-minute Value Discovery tool is free.
Do you work with organisations outside Perth?
Yes. We work nationally and internationally: across 12+ countries to date. We fly to your sites, run remote sessions, or combine both depending on the engagement.
How do you price engagements?
We offer fixed-fee, outcome-based, and retainer models. Pricing depends on scope and complexity, but we always provide a clear proposal before any commitment.
Can you help with just one problem?
Yes. Most clients start with one decision or one problem. The method is the same whatever the size of the problem.
What size organisations do you work with?
We specialise in mid-sized organisations, typically A$50m to A$500m revenue, and also work with larger organisations, including ASX-listed and global companies, across mining, energy, financial services, healthcare, government and infrastructure.
