1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rekon Group website (rekongroup.com) and any associated tools, platforms, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or any Rekon Group services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within Rekon Group's tools and platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, methodologies, frameworks, software, generated outputs, templates, and training materials, is the exclusive property of Rekon Group Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The StratDo® methodology, REKONP3™, DECIDE™, DEFINE™, DIRECT™, REFLECT™, and all associated frameworks are registered trademarks or trade marks of Rekon Group Pty Ltd. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content, tools, methodologies, or outputs without prior written permission from Rekon Group Pty Ltd.

3. Prohibition on Commercialisation & Redistribution

Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Commercialising, reselling, licensing, or sub-licensing any Rekon Group tools, methodologies, frameworks, or generated outputs;
• Using Rekon Group materials to train, coach, educate, or develop other individuals, teams, or organisations unless explicitly authorised in writing by Rekon Group;
• Rolling out, deploying, or implementing any Rekon Group tools, methodologies, or frameworks within your own organisation or third-party organisations beyond the scope of your individual licence;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying logic, structure, or proprietary methods from any Rekon Group tools or platforms;
• Representing any Rekon Group content, outputs, or methodologies as your own or as the work of any party other than Rekon Group.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

4. Generated Content & Outputs

All content generated through the use of Rekon Group's digital tools, platforms, and AI-assisted features (including but not limited to the StratDo® Workspace, DEFINE, DECIDE, DIRECT, REFLECT, DECIDER, and AI Strategy Assistant) is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Rekon Group Pty Ltd.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use generated outputs solely for their own internal organisational strategic planning purposes. This licence does not extend to redistribution, commercial exploitation, training of third parties, or any use beyond the user's own organisation.

5. Use of Data for Training & Commercial Purposes

By using Rekon Group's tools and platforms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All data, inputs, responses, and generated outputs may be used by Rekon Group for the purposes of improving, training, and refining its tools, methodologies, AI models, and commercial services;
• Rekon Group may use anonymised and aggregated data derived from user interactions for research, product development, benchmarking, case studies, and commercial purposes;
• Copies of all exported documents (including PDFs and presentations) are retained by Rekon Group for quality assurance, audit, and training purposes;
• While Rekon Group will treat identifiable client data as confidential and will not publicly attribute specific data to individual users or organisations without consent, you grant Rekon Group a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use anonymised and aggregated insights derived from your use of the platform.

6. Client Portal Usage Monitoring

Use of the Client Portal and its tools is recorded. When you are signed in and open or use a portal feature, we record your name, your email address, which tool or feature you used, what you did, and the date and time of that use.

This information is sent automatically to Rekon Group administrators. We use it to manage and support the service, to keep the portal secure, to respond to your questions, and to understand how the tools are used. By signing in to the Client Portal you agree to this monitoring.

7. Course Registrations & Payments

Course registrations are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be transferred to a future course at our discretion.

8. Value Discovery Tool

The Value Discovery tool provides general strategic insights based on your responses. It does not constitute professional advice. The detailed approach information provided after email verification contains proprietary methodology and is shared in confidence for your organisation's use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rekon Group provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekon Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Rekon Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any of its tools, platforms, or services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted herein immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
