Francoise Michel

Francoise Michel is an Executive Consultant at Rekon Group, where she builds high-performance leadership teams. She runs leadership development programs, facilitates strategy sessions, and helps organisations build their planning capability and put execution tools in place. She has worked with Rekon since 2017.
Francoise is Adjunct Faculty and a career consultant at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, where she has taught on MBA and Executive Education programs since 2011. She was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company in London from 2000 to 2005. She began her career as a solicitor, including as an Associate at Baker McKenzie in Sydney.
She holds an MBA from London Business School, an LLM from Queen Mary University of London, and an LLB and BCom from the University of Queensland.
