Peter Winnall leads Rekon Group and works with CEOs, boards and leadership teams on the decisions that set strategy, shape the operating model and drive execution. He created StratDo®, Rekon's method for making and carrying out decisions, which has been used by more than 100 organisations in over 12 countries.
Peter served in the Australian Army from 1995 to 2013, including as an SASR Commander. He retired as a Major and was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal and Bar. He then joined Bain & Company in Perth as a Case Team Leader in the mining practice from 2013 to 2016, before founding Rekon in 2016.
He holds an MBA from AGSM at UNSW, where he was a Dean's Scholar, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with Honours from UNSW at ADFA.
