Jules Barnes, based in Brisbane, helps organisations adopt AI they can trust, by connecting strategy, operating models and delivery so that change is planned, carried out and scaled. At Rekon he leads AI strategy and operating model work alongside StratDo®.
Jules has more than 20 years in consulting and technology leadership. Most recently he was Senior Director, Practices Australia at NCS Group Australia, leading national practice capability across business analysis, software engineering, architecture, cloud, testing, data, AI, delivery and security. Before that he was General Manager, Queensland, and Quality Director at AccessHQ, which NCS acquired, after joining as a Principal Consultant in 2014. He has worked with executives across government and industry to simplify complex programs and align business and technology.
