Marieke D'Cruz

Marieke D'Cruz is an Executive Consultant at Rekon Group, where she works with senior leaders and teams to build the capability to lead through complexity. She designs and runs leadership development, strategy and culture programs, and coaches executives through change, in the resources, education, health, sport and professional services sectors.

Marieke spent more than five years at McKinsey & Company in Sydney, finishing as an Engagement Manager. There she led strategy and transformation work for ASX 200, government and private sector organisations, including capability building for more than 2,000 staff in a large agile transformation. She then managed PACE Consulting at Rio Tinto.

Before consulting, Marieke swam for Australia at the Olympics, set two world records and won a world championship title. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, and is a PhD candidate in leadership development at the University of Queensland.
