Most frontline problems are not effort problems. They are clarity problems: an unclear problem, unclear decision rights and an unclear brief. This one day course fixes all three with the StratDo® approach, taught in plain language and practised on realistic case studies drawn from operating environments.
There is no theory dump and nobody is asked to expose a live problem. Everything is worked through purpose built cases using Rekon's spiral method, so each tool is revisited and reinforced across the day. Leaders leave with a pocket version of the toolset, worked examples, and habits they can use on their very next shift.
One day, one method. Each StratDo® tool is introduced, applied to a purpose built frontline case, then revisited in a harder scenario so the skill sticks. Facilitation is by senior Rekon practitioners with operating experience, and cases are calibrated to your sector before the room opens.
