Strategy fails at the decision layer, and that is what this room fixes
Team leaders sit at the point where strategy either becomes action or quietly stalls. This two day course gives them a complete method: frame the problem, set decision rights, choose between options, and brief the team so the decision actually lands.
The course runs case first. Each tool is introduced, applied to a purpose built case, then revisited in a harder scenario later in the programme, so the skill compounds rather than fades. Leaders leave with the full toolset, a one page decision template they can reuse, and a plan for the first three decisions they will run differently.
Two days built on the case study method and Rekon's spiral approach. Participants do not bring live problems, which keeps the room focused and safe for candid practice. Cases are drawn from the sectors Rekon consults in and calibrated to yours.
