This two day course applies the StratDo® approach at exactly that level.
You set decision rights across functions, compare options at portfolio level, design an execution rhythm that keeps several teams accountable, and use AI scenario modelling to test the plan before committing capital. The course finishes with a 90 day execution roadmap and a governance rhythm you can put in place immediately.
Two days taught through purpose built cross functional case studies using the spiral approach. Pre-work includes a short diagnostic, and 90 day implementation coaching follows the room, so the roadmap you build gets installed rather than filed.
