Bronwynne Bailey is an Executive Consultant at Rekon Group, where she works with leadership teams on culture, governance and the quality and speed of their decisions. She facilitates leadership training and development, introduces decision-making and planning processes, and helps resolve workplace conflict, including through mediation. She has worked with Rekon since 2020.
Bronwynne is a lawyer with more than 30 years in corporate legal and governance roles. She was Chief Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of Coates Group Holdings from 2011 to 2019. Before that, she spent 16 years with AMP, including as Chief Legal Counsel of AMP Capital.
She holds a BA LLB from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and has studied at Harvard Business School.
