Mike Haslett is an Executive Consultant at Rekon Group, where he leads and co-facilitates strategy engagements, helping leadership teams set strategy and transform their business. His work covers transformation, business model innovation, go-to-market strategy and commercial excellence.
Mike spent 12 years at Bain & Company, from 2013 to 2025, in Australia, Canada and Spain. He was Global Director of Bain Futures from 2022 to 2025, leading the team that identifies the long-term shifts shaping trade and industry. Earlier he was Director of Digital Strategy, led Performance Improvement for the Americas, and led global product development for Bain's Accelerated Performance Transformation and Zero-Based Budgeting offerings. Before Bain he was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in Canada and Perth.
He holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Behavioural Economics from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
