Peter Grant is an Executive Consultant at Rekon Group, where he works with frontline crews and supervisors to build clear priorities, ownership and lasting change in behaviour. He supports culture and performance programs where credibility on the ground matters most, and has worked with Rekon since 2024.
Peter played professional rugby union for 16 years. His clubs were the Stormers and Western Province in Cape Town from 2003 to 2014, Kobe Steel in Japan, Stade Rochelais in France, and the Western Force in Perth from 2015 to 2019. He also played for the South African Springboks.
After rugby he moved into operations and people leadership, including as an Area Manager for Dimeo Cleaning Services in Perth. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Stellenbosch University.
