Piotr Gajewski

Piotr Gajewski is an Executive Consultant at Rekon Group, where he helps organisations, especially in defence and national security, solve complex technology and organisational problems. He also provides hands-on execution support to client leadership teams.
Piotr has served in the Australian Army for more than 23 years: as a full-time officer from 2003 to 2019, including operational deployments and command roles leading teams of more than 100 people, and as a Reserve officer since. He has delivered large IT projects across coalition, joint and inter-agency environments. He was then a Manager and Senior Manager at Deloitte Australia, focused on technology strategy, innovation and architecture for government and defence clients.
He graduated from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, holds a Master of Business and a Master of Capability Management from UNSW, and completed the Joint Command and Staff Program at the Canadian Forces College.
