Systems Leadership: Leading Complex Organisations
See the whole system, then intervene where it will actually move.
RegisterOverview
Strategy fails at the decision layer, and that is what this room fixes
In complex organisations the same problems keep returning because the fix is applied where the symptom appears, not where the cause sits. This one day course teaches leaders to find the cause.
You map your organisation as a system, identify the feedback loops and leverage points, and design interventions that hold. AI supported mapping makes the picture visible quickly, and you apply the method to a live organisational challenge in the room. You leave with a system map and a small number of high leverage interventions.
One day of systems practice on a live challenge. A purpose built case with AI powered mapping installs the method; the second half of the day applies it to your own organisation, closing on coalitions and distributed leadership.
- Spiral approach
- Each StratDo tool is revisited at greater depth, so the method compounds.
- Case study method
- Purpose-built cases from the sectors we consult in, worked in the room.
Who should attend
Leaders accountable across interconnected teams, functions, sites or partner organisations.

- Design interventions that fix causes rather than treat symptoms
- Build coalitions and shared accountability across boundaries you do not control
- Create the conditions for distributed leadership so decisions do not all come to you
